When you are finished creating your order, select the Cart Icon in the top right of your screen.
Proceed through the Checkout.
BREAKFAST/SNACK
Oats, chia seeds, greek yogurt, oat milk, vanilla, pumpkin purée, spices, maple syrup and topped with house made candied pecans. *Can be made nut free, please specify in ‘special requests’ section.
SOUP
Chunks of salmon, whole prawns, clams, potatoes, fennel, carrots, onion, and celery all in a house made prawn rosé base. Served with Old Bay cheddar biscuits.
MEAL OPTIONS
Shredded and massaged kale, cumin and maple roasted sweet potatoes, chopped local honeycrisp apples, toasted pepitas, feta cheese and spicy almond dressing. (almonds, tamari, nutritional yeast, lime juice, rice vinegar and hot sauce). Served with your choice of pan seared local chicken breast or marinated and baked tofu.

Local stew beef slow cooked with gochujang, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, tomato and beef stock. Served with ramen noodles and seared bok choy.
Cavatappi pasta tossed in a light cream sauce with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, white wine, and fresh thyme. Topped with a cheesy panko topping and ready to bake
Red lentils sautéed with garlic, ginger, turmeric, and Indian spices with a touch of serano pepper, crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, and peanut butter for creaminess. Garnished with fresh cilantro and served with basmati rice.
