BREAKFAST/SNACK
SOUP
Sautéed onions, garlic, ginger and turmeric with chickpeas, house made vegetable stock, coconut milk, and lots of fresh herbs. Served with rosemary focaccia.
MEAL OPTIONS
Oven roasted zucchini boats filled with local Italian sausage, sundried tomatoes, panko, onions, garlic, fresh herbs, and pine nuts. Served with garlic and herb roasted potatoes and green beans.
*Can be made nut free. Please specify in ‘special requests’ section.
Tofu marinated in soy, garlic, ginger, sesame, and honey then pan fried. Served with bok choy, and sautéed mushrooms in a savory miso vegetable stock. Garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Local chicken thighs pan seared then slow cooked in garlic, ginger, coconut milk, curry powder, red onion, and a touch of jalapeno. Served with fluffy jasmine rice.
A quinoa base topped with sliced snap peas, red cabbage, edamame, grated carrot, cilantro, green onions, with your choice of local pan seared chicken breast or marinated tofu. Served with peanut dressing on the side.
