Orders will be delivered on Wednesdays.

To add an item to you order, adjust the quantity and select the Add to Cart button.
When you are finished creating your order, select the Cart Icon in the top right of your screen.
Proceed through the Checkout.

BREAKFAST/SNACK

Mixed berry oat bars

Wild blueberries and raspberries mixed with lemon juice and zest on a shortbread style base with brown sugar oat crumble on top. *2 bars per portion

SOUP

Wild rice, mushroom and chicken soup

Sautéed onions, carrots, celery, and brown mushrooms in a savory coconut chicken broth with roasted local chicken breast. Served with rosemary focaccia. *Soup is gluten free without the bread and dairy free.

MEAL OPTIONS

Dan Dan noodles

Local ground pork sautéed with garlic, ginger, fresh spinach, mushrooms, in a savory chicken stock with peanut butter and tamari. Served with ramen noodles and pan seared Bok choy on the side. *Ramen noodles can be substituted for rice noodles, please specify in ‘special requests’ section.

South West taco salad

Your choice of local ground beef or meatless ground with house made taco seasoning served on a bed of chopped romaine  with roasted corn, peppers, black beans, grape tomatoes, and lime cilantro ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese on the side. *GF

Lemon, spinach and ricotta stuffed shells

Jumbo shell pasta stuffed with a mixture of spinach, ricotta, parmesan and lemon zest. On a bed of house made marinara and topped with mozzarella cheese. Ready to bake. *Contains gluten, dairy, & eggs.

Garlic parmesan chicken meatloaf

Served with garlic rosemary roasted potatoes and seasoned green beans. Local ground chicken mixed with breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, garlic and fresh herbs in individual meatloaves.
